ABOUT ME

Hi! All about me sections are my favorite...not! But here it goes anyway. I am a Germany citizen that moved with my family to the States when I was 14. I finished High School in the USA (NY and MI, so even here we were never in one place) and then went to Bremen, Germany to study at an international university. I had a great time! Now I am back in the USA, in the outskirts of DC. I try to enjoy life as much as I can but I am also working full-time as a research associate (science nerd alert) and getting a masters part-time in biotechnology. I keep busy, but if I can manage at all I would love to meet you!

Interests

This would be a very long list and with the top spots always changing. Right now, I have started with Bikram Yoga which is amazing and hence gets honorable mentions. If I haven't updated this in a while, it will probably be something new.

My favorite movie has got to be "Dirty Dancing".
My favorite music is from "The Beatles".
My favorite book...now that is more difficult.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I volunteered as an EMT at a local rescue squad and even trained to become a firefighter. I loved the people and the whole mission and training. Unfortunately I had to quit to make room for school. :( But I would love to share stories.
