ABOUT ME

I'm an ex-engineer with a pair of itchy feet that always brings me to see beautiful places.

I mostly travel alone. When I travel I like to talk with locals and go off the beaten path. For me, what's really special about traveling is the experience I've gained along the way with people I've met, rather than the destination itself.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is short. Thus I'm determined to live it to the fullest and be happy as much as possible. I don't want to regret later for things I wish I have done.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I cannot host a surfer at the moment because I'm traveling around and not planning to go back to Bangkok soon, but I will be happy to help you out if you would like some tips on visiting Bangkok and Thailand.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I've had lots of good experiences with Couchsurfing. Many times I've met hosts who have different ways of living and thinking and that is very eye-opening for me. I appreciate the opportunities to meet and get to know them.

Started solo-traveling and found out it was not as bad or lonely as I thought. It turned out to be one of the best things I'd done. Since then I've made a lot of great friends and learned so much about others and myself.
