ABOUT ME

I am currently a nomadic Hula Hoop and Yoga instructor, traveling around the country teaching people of all ages how to hula hoop. I also teach and perform music, paint faces, offer thai yoga therapy and sound healing sessions, and create visual art. Sometimes there will be another hula hooper, artist, dancer, or photographer along with me for the ride, but mostly it's just me, my hoops, a silly number of musical instruments, and a car full of adventure.

I've learned to let go and live life with more freedom. The destination is not worth it without an adventure to get there. Love fully and smile.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I loved hosting people and showing folks my city, when I had one, and the best travels I have had are by staying with people who can share the best parts and people of their community with me. Since I do not have a home to host in at this time, I am currently a surfer . . . unless you want to couch surf the passenger seat of my car . . . that's always up for discussion

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met so many awesome people through couch surfing and hosting. Many of whom I still keep in touch with outside of the CS site and some who have become some of my dearest friends and family.

Interesses

I've had the chance to live in my car, never knowing where work will take me next, or how long I will be in one spot. I've met so many unique people, stumbled upon some pretty cool places, and learned a lot about myself on the road.

Ensine, Aprenda, Compartilhe

I can teach you how to hula hoop, do tricks and even make your own. I can also teach yoga, either with or with out the hoop. I'd love to play music with other people, and can share what I know and some of my music as well. I have taught a lot of my hosts and guests to make Sushi, and that's lots of fun! Cooking with other people is always a good time.
