About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Have fun because life is short

ABOUT ME

Hi Everyone. Thanks for dropping in on my page. I have finished university last year with a degree in Economics from York University and I have been working a full-time job since then. I do love my job and the people who I work with. In the past year that I have not had to worry about school, I have travelled to one of my favorite countries, the USA. I have been able to see NYC, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, and now I'm planning to see a few more, in particular LA and San Francisco. I find Americans to be a lot more outgoing and more fun than my fellow Canadians and that is what I prefer to be honest. I am a humble easing going individually who enjoys to laugh and explore. I like people who are true and honest to themselves as well. Also, if you're still reading, I do not smoke. :)

PHILOSOPHY

Do unto others what you want others to unto do you...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Being relatively new to this website and having not have a lot of opportunities to use it to its full potential due to the fact that, yes, I still do live with my parents so I can pay off my massive school debt, but I will be moving out by October and then I'll have a chance to meet new people from around the globe. Just a matter of time from here.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

ABSOLUTELY Fantastic! I've met some amazing people that I would visit if I'm ever in their home town. They have become friends that I would like to catch up with and know what they're up to!

Interests

Hobbies include playing basketball, watching hockey particularly during the Stanly cup finals, enjoying a good meal or a drink with friends, meeting new people is definately up there, and last but not least, life.

Music, Movies, and Books

Mostly enjoy movies or books that can make me think rather than simply based on fiction. Favorite and best movie of all time is Godfather, no question about that. I like Motorcycle Diaries by Che.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Beautiful Niagra Falls, Grand Canyon Wonder, New York City, Las Vegas, Vancouver, Rocky Mountains.
Also, I was amazed when I went to see Iran for a month's vacation. The people are one of the most hospitable people I've come across with in my life. They are extremely educated, western-minded, fun-loving people, who have a very rich history and culture. The food was spectacular and so were the historical attractions. I was shocked at how different it is than the media portrays it to be. Iran is a very modern country and I would definitely go back again for a visit as I didn't get a chance to see everything I wanted to.

Teach, Learn, Share

I feel I am always learning and to be wise, learning should never stop. In order to learn, a person should also have life experiences, and be able to spread their wings by themselves to see what the world has to offer, rather than clinging on to parents and what not.

Countries I’ve Visited
