ABOUT ME

Hello folks! I'm Peter (Its Piotr in english, much easier to pronounce :) ) and currently I'm living in Wroclaw, Poland. I'm definitely a kind of person you want to meet! I'm really easy-going, talkative and vigorous type of person. You want sightseeing? I'm in. You want to party? Hell yeah! You want to stay at home and take a rest, discuss and share knowledge? Still I will go for it! I'd love to meet new people, do some CRAZY things, you know - kind of stuff you are telling your kids when you are old!

PHILOSOPHY

Live your life in kind of way that you wont regret, you wont say you didn't do enough things in life when you will be laying in your deathbed

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By participating in CS I mean meeting new people, exploring new places and so on and so on. Currently, due to share flat, I couldn't host but I'm looking forward later this year to have my own apartment so definitely I'd put a couch in it :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had one hitchhiking trip to Berlin and Amsterdam where people who have already participated in CS shown me how brilliant is idea of sharing your couch with new people :) Next one was China - I've met wonderful people there and I was able to learn a bit about Chinese history and culture as well as how do they look on CS idea.

Interests

I'm mainly interested in Computer Science, really this IT stuff is cool! But of course, when it comes to CS I'm really into meeting new people, exploring cities (but avoiding tourist traps, if you know what I mean). I L-O-V-E to party, really, I'd like to do some crazy stuff in my life so be prepared for great memories if we meet ourselves :) Another thing I like are of course journeys but... I think we all on CS share this hobby ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

When it comes to music I was raised by listening to rap. I love oldschool, now I'm addicted to newschool, but of course i love other genres! Sometimes I like to listen to some electronic music, love trap and bass, maybe some dubstep, Every once a year I'm going to rock festival here in Poland so I'd say I'm really open-minded person, and we will have a lot of good time if we will talk about music :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing things I'd do still belong to the future, so I probably will fill this category when I turn 90 and will do nothing more in my life, haha.

However when I was visiting West Lake in Hangzhou, China everybody wanted a photo with me - still do not know why!

I have also won the Hitchhiking Race from Poland to Croatia in 2016 in Men's Pair category :)

Teach, Learn, Share

There is so many things i don't know, and so many things i would love to learn that i just can't describe them in this box - I think when you meet me there will be definitely a possibility to share some knowledge :D

I'm working for worldwide telecommunication company as a programmer, If you would like to talk about computer science you are more than welcome! Also I could share some hitchhiking tips if you would like to.
