HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am happy to host when I can, but I often need places to stay and I am always down for a drink and/or good conversation with a fellow traveler.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have had the pleasure and good fortune of meeting nothing but the most delightfully adventurous and kind people through couchsurfing. They have taught me so much.

I am interested in everything from art to camping and hiking to cycling to traveling to drinking with friends. I like to explore, read, dance, drive, or do whatever. I am definitely not picky and usually excited to try anything new!

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I can enjoy almost any music and I am always open to discovering new sounds. I love the Dandy Warhols, Franz Liszt, The Kills, Metronomy... the list never really ends. As far as books go, I will read almost anything. I love well known authors like Camus, Hemingway and Mirakami but I also have a weakness for trashy science fiction and fantasy. I can enjoy any movie too, but I am a big fan of Wes Anderson productions and artsy films with good soundtracks. In my opinion, it's more about the company with which you watch the movie than the quality itself.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I climbed Adam's Peak in Sri Lanka at 2h in the morning to reach the summit in time to see the sunrise from above the clouds. It was breathtaking.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

Couchsurfing and traveling in general are wonderful ways to learn. I believe that the learning possibilities are endless.
