Hello! I'm Vidal and I hail from San Diego. I moved from the East Coast in search of ocean, waves and the great outdoors ten years ago and have never looked back. I love surfing, rock climbing, alpine mountaineering, backpacking and simple star gaze camping outside. I'm also a huge music fan and enjoy jamming with friends over rock and metal covers. If there's a good salsa club in town, I'm a huge salsa dancing enthusiast as well. All in all, I love experiencing and living life, different cultures, foods, arts and people with interesting stories.

I'm all over the board. I'm an old school rock fan with The Beatles being my all-time biggest music influence, but I dig the Strokes to Metallica, to Common and cuban dance music. Moviewise I'm into horror films and food and political documentaries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hmmm, I'm pretty proud of my trip to Mt. Whitney via the mountaineer's route in the Eastern Sierras earlier this year!
