About Me
ABOUT ME
I am originally born/raised in New York, but have made San Francisco in recent years. I have been primarily working for various documentary film foundations and arts non-profits in my time since completing my Bachelor's degree.
I enjoy the pace of cities (having more or less lived in them my entire life). But I do find it necessary to be out in nature on the weekends for long hikes or bike rides.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I was recommended to join the community by a fellow college student who had done her thesis on couchsurfing. I had the opportunity to start my couchsurfing in the Summer of 2010 while riding Amtrak trains around the country for my own thesis. I had a lovely experience meeting new people in cities that I was curious to get a more insiders view on. I have continued to see CS as an important tool of how one can more meaningfully travel. I have had many memorable experiences and I hope that this website becomes a recurring place and site in my life.
