About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To know myself better so I can understand others

ABOUT ME

I realised my dream to become a teacher (primary school) because I am truly convinced that we will change the world in a deep way through education and by giving a lot of love and trust to children.
I'm also touched by ecology issues, I wish to have the less impact on our environment, our planet is so beautiful it is a pity to mistreat it!
Otherwise, I'm a sociable person, open to new experiences : traveling is one of my favorite way to shake my believes so I can remain fully aware ;)

PHILOSOPHY

There is no path towards happiness. Happiness is the path. (Lao Tseu)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Now that I have my own flat I can host people on my couch, and I'm also keen to show you around the city and the moutains, no problem!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I began my couchsurfing experience during my trip in UK, I was crazy at the time (twenty years old...) : I thougt I could easily do by bike Dover-London. In February... Of course, the journey became a big adventure, full of excitement (like no brake on the bike from the 1st day) but happily I had been hosted by really adorable couchsurfers: one of my big lesson in life - wherever you are, people are always ready to help you so be optimistic and open to life!
My other great experience was in Italy, I went to a Couchsurfing Camp with a friend I just met once before: we stayed one week in the mountains at 1h of Roma, in the nature with couchsurfers from all over the world. An experience of deep sharing, with simplicity!

Interests

I don't have one big passion in particular, but i'm interested in lot of things : I play the piano and violin, I love nature and to walk into nature, I like to read for pleasure but also to improve my understanding of the world, I'm interested in ecology (at large scale, but also at my level I make my cosmetics, cleaning products...), in spirituality, in nutrition... I love to dance, folk dances!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a big fan of 19th century litterature like Jane Austen, Bronte sisters, Georges Sand, Maupassant...
For movies, I'm a good laugh: I like comedy, and also indepedant movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To climb a volcano in Sumatra and to experience a 8 scale earthquake!
