ABOUT ME

I'm an advertiser not into the advertising business. After a working hard for many years, I've started my own business and I'm putting all my heart and soul into it. I'm very eager to learn and to try new things. I guess you'll have to hang out with me for further descriptions.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been hosting CSers since 2006. Every single CSer I've hosted has taught me something, for which I'm really grateful. I can only hope to keep having these learning and personal growth opportunities.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted CSers for over 5 years before I got to surf some couches myself. I couldn't believe how much my travel experience was enhanced by sharing with kind and interesting hosts who opened their homes and minds to me. The good vibe I got from ALL my hosts just encouraged me to become a better host for future CSers. I've been into this for over 10yrs now and I just can't describe how much I've learned through CSing.

Interests

I have this thing for languages, so I'm trying to learn as many as I can.

I ended up majoring in advertising and have a HUGE passion on graphic design and video editing/animation. I'm also some sort of adrenaline freak, reason for which motorcycle traveling and downhill skating are great passions of mine. I also enjoy rafting, bungee, rappellin, snowboarding and surfing; although I don't get to do them as often as I'd like.

Music, Movies, and Books

Big question. Ska, punk, rock, opera, folk, rockabilly, country, trova, pretty much anything but reggeton. Skalariak, Rancid, EUKZ, Pablo Milanes, La Polla, Dropkick Murphys, Johnny Cash, Victor Manuel, Beatles, Lars Frederiksen and the Bastards, RATM!!!,Sublime, Bob Marley, System of a Down, Silvio Rodriguez, Gogol Bordello, Frank Turner, Led Zeppelin, Flogging Molly, Fito Paez, Social Distortion, Jorge Drexler, Caifanes, Joaquin Sabina and so on... This is a conversation that goes better with a beer in hand.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I got to travel for a week from Panama city to Bocas del Toro on a sponsored downhill skating tour with the local riders. It was amazing how much bonding we could make within a few hours with people we never met before. We had so many things in common it felt like we've been friends for ages.

I believe getting into CouchSurfing 13yrs ago was pretty amazing. It really changed my life positively.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can try to teach some Spanish and English. Also, if you're into it we could go skating and/or surfing together.

I absolutely passionate about languages and if you´re willing to help me practice or teach me a new one I'll be forever grateful.
