Average French man, back in France but still willing to travel

PHILOSOPHY

Perfection is the enemy. Instinctively, we try to suppress the unexpected events and get rid of the chaos, but we'll end up living a digital-only, boring life, having very few physical constraints, very little randomness in our lives. For example, The future depicted in "Wall-E" is my nightmare.
We are unperfect organic lives, we can be late, we can make mistakes, be sick, and so be it.

I just moved to Rennes! My flat is still a mess, I'll try to host surfers or even to organise events in my area later.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was hosted in Russia and Finland and hosted as well. Nice experience so far!

Meeting people, good books, politics (sometimes I wonder why!), rock/Metal, badminton, kayak, cycling, board games, trying to grow things in my garden (I said "trying" !), cooking....

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Nothing amazing enough to stop travelling!
So far:
I paddled in Halong bay where a James Bond movie was shot...
I walked on a frozen lake in Finland
I took the Transiberian (what Russian people find boring ;-)

Lehren, lernen, teilen

You can teach me a lot of things, I am probably hopeless with music instruments, and 2-3 nights of couch surfing might be a bit short to become a "Guitar Zeus".
I can teach 1 or 2 good recipes.
And I can tell you about Open Source licences. It may seem geeky and computer related but it is also a way of sharing photos, music you created, essays, logos, etc. And it is a very good way to share.
