ABOUT ME

Contrary to what i am asked to do here, this is only a little bit of me here, open to judgement and very impermanent. For as the river of time flows over my mind, it gets polished like a rock at the bottom of the river bed and it reveals new layers. Who you might believe me to be after reading this piece may not be who i am at present. So what is the purpose of writing something which only gives you a hint and not the whole story, perhaps i am here to appeal to your curious nature which seems to be a common trait among couch surfers...
I am a child who has just opened his eyes to how wonderful the world is, a child whose definitions of possibilities get destroyed everyday but are renewed with hope that there are still endless possibilities lying ahead. A child who has precious few things to protect and not all of them are material things.....and yada yada yada :P
Those were the things you would not find on my resume....The first few lines in the story of my life, rest is upto you to fill :)

Those who seek a more definitive answer....I am a humble software engineer, Indian by birth, human by default, universal-ist by choice, have a terrible habit of making presumptions and over analyzing things (not complaining since that helped me get a phd). I try to live a life without regrets and my goal is to become completely honest with myself. Willing to try anything at least once and easy going to a fault.

Update - It breaks me every time i have to say no to a couch request, so i thought i should put this out there. The way my schedule is right now, i leave at 6 in the morning and i come back at 10 in the night. And my roomie's schedule is about similar to that. It leaves us precious enough downtime as it is without taking care of wonderful people i would otherwise find on here. Hence, in the interests of my own sanity, i am going to refrain from offering my couch for the time being. I will honor the commitments i have already made but since my life is going through so many ups and downs right now, i do not have any extra energy left. It will of course change in the future and i will look forward to meeting some amazing people going forward. I will be available though if you have any questions regarding dallas (e.g. where to find all the nerds). Apart from that, i hope my status changes soon.

Movies: I enjoy any movies long as they are passionately made with attention to certain details :)

Music: If you flip through my ipod, you could find electronic, meditation, native american, hip hop, hindi, punjabi, even rihana....sooo, i pretty much go with the flow...

Books: Again, i like to read a variety of books but lately i have been doing mostly my course books :)
