I see myself as a tolerant, calm and curious person, who likes to indulge in conversation - all the way from science to religion and philosophy as well as anything in between and beyond. Not the partiest guy, but I get around and like going to events, having a drink and getting high.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I find that couchsurfing is the ideal way to meet people where they are, to truly experience how people live and experience their everyday life and get to know people from around the world.
I hope to host some people at my own home, once that gets a little more stable, even though I've already had some couchsurfers staying through my sisters account, as we were living together.

Interessen

I take interest in most things when engaged in conversation and I always like to learn new things.
My main interests however, are social culture, politics, religion, art, architecture and language along with my increased interest, despite lack of skill, in video games. I enjoy the quirky and macabre, but appreciate any slice of life.
I'm a drop-out from a bachelor's in religious studies at Aarhus University. I arranged a non-profit arts festival in Aarhus called OUTPUT, where I dealt with curation and community management. Since then I've moved to Lisbon, Portugal, where I put my time into a small volunteer gallery called Prisma.
When I travel, sightseeing is something that I like to do, due to my affinity for historical architecture. It usually doesn't mean that I spend hours upon hours gazing at buildings, but I like to go have a look inside temples and maybe learn a bit about the sights that I'm seeing.
In the same context I never say no to a glance inside a museum if there's art to behold. Concerts, social gatherings, workshops, talks, you name it. If the theme finds my fancy, I'll be there.

Although I like to venture back through the past, I often find that the most giving experiences aren't seen on the wall of a museum or looking up at the towers above the brick walls. It's found in the social establishments in the present days around town. I love going to free havens such as skate-areas, local venues, youth-establishments and artwork projects created and used by the culture and subcultures in all and every city.
I like spending time meeting new people, being a part of a social environment and watching people trade skills and help each other out.

When it comes to movies I'm prone to sleeping 😅As with music, I'm not a big enthusiast, however I do like to watch movies every once in a while.
My favorite genre is Horror, even though it's very flooded.
My favorite movie of all time is The Exorcist.

BOOKS
I'm not a well read individual.
I'm fond of social-realistic stories, poems and short prose.
