About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live life with no regrets. Be adventurous and learn by experience rather than in a classroom

ABOUT ME

As of now, I am 22 years old. I am in Charleston, South Carolina. I am sometimes slow to respond and if that is the case I apologize ahead of time. I never ignore messages, I merely get distracted with life and forget to log on for a bit. I love adventure and am on one at the moment until August 1, 2012, at which point I will be back in Charleston, South Carolina and will be able to host again. At the moment I am gallevanting around Europe.

Let's see I am a very outgoing, social person. I am no longer attending college in Lugano, Switzerland but I loved my time there. I like playing sports. I do not read much because I am usually to busy to be sitting in one place long enough, nothing against books. I enjoy traveling. I am from Marietta, Georgia U.S.A. right out side of Atlanta. I rock climb, play soccer, tennis, football, I also swim. Soccer or "football" is my favorite. My high school team won the state championship in Georgia 21-0 ranked 3rd in the nation in 2008. I'm very proud because I accomplished one of my goals, to win a state championship. I get along with almost everyone I meet, and I have met alot of people. I enjoy helping people so if anyone needs a place to stay just let me know, hopefully you will return the favor sometime if I need a place to stay.

I am a very spuratic person. I change my mind all the time and am constantly looking for something new and exciting. I am planning on majoring in International Business with a minor in International Studies. I like learning from people and personal experience instead of learning in a class room, but that is just me.

PHILOSOPHY

I go on a day to day basis. I do not plan my life out to far in advance and when I do the plans never go through. I don't like living for tomorrow when you haven't done everything today. I don't like regrets because they distract you from the possibilities in front of you. I LOVE parties and dancing. I am trying to see all different parts of the world. I really enjoy camping and "roughing it" and I hope to do that in Australia and/or New Zealand sometime soon. I live as genuine a life as I can. I do my best to be honest in everything that I do. I love working hard in sports, and especially in school.

Music, Movies, and Books

Pay It Forward, The Lion King, Aladdin, and any Disney Movie for that matter.

The best books ever from my limited and personal experience is A Long Way Gone, Outliers.

I like all kinds of music from Disney soundtracks to A Walk to Remember soundtrack, rap, hip hop, 90s alternative, classic rock, ACDC, BLINK 182, Sum 41, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Andrew W.K., Dispatch, anything good, I am open.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have had a perfect soccer season. 21-0 state champions in my senior year of high school.

I've worked with MTV.

I've gone to 3 different colleges, but am planning on graduating from College of Charleston.

I try to see the good in things.

I still have hope despite everything bad. It's easy to give up, it's harder to fight.

I stick to my morals, and I stand up for what is right and what I believe.

I've been fortunate enough to travel around some of Europe. My experience at my school in Switzerland was the most eye opening experience in my life to the interconnections of the world and the globalizing effects that we ignore and take for granted.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've learned a lot in my life thus far, and am always willing to have a good conversation with someone. Similarly there are many things I have not learned or experienced and am open to learning from others.
