About Me
Although I'm new to couchsurfing, a close friend recently told me, "You're like the best couchsurfer ever. You've got tons of great stories on super interesting topics and you can hold a conversation with anyone."
I'm currently based in San Francisco in a cooperative housing warehouse so I've got a lot of experience living with different kinds of people.
I'm a third wave feminist, a burner, an artist, and an engineer.
I've had a lot of different kinds of experiences that many people only dream about. They've been wonderful, they've been sad, they've been challenging, they've been fulfilling. I love sharing about them with others and learning from others who are enthusiastic about that idea.
Here's a taste of some of them:
Participated in Burning Man for the past 3 years,
Traveled in Vietnam and Thailand, China, Japan,
Built a successful company as the Chief Technology Officer and lone engineer bringing in serious revenue on a monthly basis,
Completed a Masters degree AND three years of PhD work at top institutions in the world,
Scuba diver,
Brewed my own beer many times,
Built and maintained a 1000 square foot vegetable garden,
Lived in multiple cooperatives/warehouse homes,
and many more personal stories that I'd love to tell you about as we get to know each other.
PHILOSOPHY
Greet doubt with love.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
Too many to list here. One of my favorite things is sharing music. I like something in almost every genre, so let's share some Soundcloud links or Spotify playlists!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Participated in Burning man (three times)
First time I saw the milky way -- camping with 3 strangers and a dog in vermont!
Teach, Learn, Share
I have so much to offer. Lots of skills, lots of knowledge, lots of expertise.
I recommend you ask me about my current art project and see where that takes us.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories, laughter, love. Seriously I'd love to take you out for a drink and share stories.
Want a cool place to crash in San Francisco? Ask me about the warehouse I live in with other artists. Want to join a rad burning man camp? I've got one of those too. Let's see if there's a good fit!
