ABOUT ME

Currently I'm a student studying integrated marketing communications in Northwestern U, near Evanston, Illinois.

I'm originally from Kaohsiung, Taiwan, a harbor city where sunshine and ocean view are mostly accessible. Fascinated by cultures from all over the world, I had started my travel experience since little. During which I have met some great people, eaten great food, and done some incredibly fun stuff! I find every place on the earth got its own distinctive beauty and I am eager to explore more about this world.

Besides traveling, I have a passion for art and culture. I am very fond of contemporary art, illustration artwork especially. I am all about films, music, and literature, things that people use to express their emotion and thoughts with.

I'm quite easy to get along with, according to my friends. Also, I love people with great sense of humor and lay-back personality. If you are one of those people, let's meet!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first cs experience happened back in Paris, 2012. I met Anita, a girl from Poland, and we had the best afternoon picnic ever at Jardin de Luxembourg!! After that, in 2013, I met two local guys at Safranbolu, Turkey and they showed us some very unforgettable sites near the city, introduced us to some great turkish bear and cuisine. I love how couch surfing brings me to these wonderful people, who i would have probably never met if I haven't dared to try CS.

Got picked up by a horse carriage in the middle of nowhere when traveling in Cappadoccia, Turkey./ Volunteering in a jazz music festival in France./ Missed a bus in an anonymous town in France and shared a cab with two strangers who do yoga.
