About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Be in the present moment - keep moving, feel alive, keep chillin and meeting new people!
ABOUT ME
I'm a pretty social person, love traveling, listening and playing music (ukulele), dancing, hiking, paddle boarding, scuba diving, wild harvesting, cooking, reading... and chillin in my hammock!
PHILOSOPHY
Don't exchange a perfect present for a simple future...doesn't sound the same as in French... N'échangez pas un présent parfait pour un future simple!
Stay in the present moment, try to be conscious as much as possible - I have found it to be much more fulfilling (albeit more challenging as well) than being on automatic pilote!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I spread the word, I couchsurf, I host when I can...
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I couch-surfeded in Moncton on my way up to Newfoundland with my dad many summers ago! Awesome experience. Traveled all through Canada, Europe and Latin America couchsurfing and met some amazing people. Have hosted couchsurfers in Quebec and BC and had great experiences with that as well! I wouldn't travel any other way now cause it's definitely the best way to get to know local people, local places and local culture!
Interests
too many!!! playing the ukulele, harvesting mushrooms and other wild edibles, cooking, hiking, gardening, reading, going to art exhibits, drinking a nice cold pint in a pub, yoga and meditation, massage, listening to live music, learning new things, dancing (salsa, ecstatic dance, flow, etc), making stuff from scratch/diy building (just built my own greenhouse with 95% recycled materials in 2024), paddle boarding, swimming and scuba diving, traveling, having discussions on random topics, etc.
