Overview
About Me
Originally from New Hampshire, I have also lived in New Orleans, Washington state, Colorado, and North Carolina. Traveling (domestic) with my dog Chi for the winter of 2021-22. Not my first time driving across the country - I’ve moved myself, and also traveled around by van and Skoolie in the past. This time we’ll be living out of my pick up truck. :)
Looking to link up with high vibe folks for a meal, coffee, and tea. And perhaps a shower, as I do have. Bed in the truck!
I love new experiences, stories, and different perspectives.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
Blues, funk, soul, folk, bluegrass, afrobeat, hip hop, country, jazz, dance music. . .most music, though I tend to be turned off by whatever pop hits are being turned out on the fm radio these days.
Kurt Vonnegut, Derrick Jensen
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I slept in Zuchotti park for Occupy Wall Street.
I’ve lived in a school bus, a treehouse, and a shed.
I planted a forest garden that produces food and medicine each year with little to no maintenance. The plants do the work, really. I want to spend more time focusing on this type of stewardship.
I organized and ran a design charrette for a 12 acre property that involved over 100 diverse stakeholders and a very small budget.
I converted a 1989 diesel school bus into a motor home. 208,000 miles and still rolling strong!
Teach, Learn, Share
