I'm a facilitator in vocal improvisation and circle singing, and a "Chant pour Tous" organizer (collective events where people sing and improvise), musician, soundpainter, dancer (contact improvisation), juggler, skateboarder... I'm also a Sheng Zhen Meditation and Feldenkrais Method teacher, and was physiotherapist.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love spending time with other in music. Singing or playing music instruments in spontaneous way with others. Leading circle songs, using soundpainting to play in always unexpected ways, and have fun with it.

It's a pleasure for me to dance with other in contact improvisation.

As I teach regularly Sheng Zhen Meditation, I always love teaching it to everyone who is interested in such practice. The same for feldenkrais method. I do massages also.

I appreciate playing boardgames also !

With a lots of years spending my time on skateboarding, I can teach to anyone a lot of flat tech tricks, I like theses and I apreciate when others can have fun with theses.
I also like to share my juggling skills (especially devilstick).

And I'm always ready to learn things, I like that !
