ABOUT ME
I enjoy travelling and photography. I love to meet new people during my trips and stay in touch with them afterwards (even though I can't say I've seen much of the world yet).
PHILOSOPHY
I always set goals for myself and put a lot of energy into achieving them. I found this to be an excellent way of living my life, since it keeps me focused and helps me use my time in the best way I see fit.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'd love to surf with the people that participate in this great project and find out what kind of activities can be done through it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have surfed with many people in different countries, and I have always found the CS spirit in every one of them! People who are fun to be with, share things and visit cities, or just talk about anything over some wine. I'm really looking forward to repeating the experience I had!
Interests
Reading, hiking, photography and getting together with friends are activities I always enjoy, as I also like getting to know new people!

Music, Movies, and Books
There isn't really a movie genre that I hate. I enjoy science-fiction movies (like the Back to the Future trilogy), and I love reading (among my favourite authors I can mention Julio Cortázar, Jorge Luis Borges, Hemingway and Conan Doyle). As for music I like rock and related genres (Arctic Monkeys, The Killers, Led Zeppelin, No te va a gustar, The Beatles, and so on.)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
During a trip to Bariloche, Argentina, my sister and I hiked to one of the mountain's refuges (called Otto Meiling, the nearest place to the top of the mountain that one can reach whithout a guide.) Once we reached it, we prepared to stay the night there, and during dinner, I remembered I'd left one of my bags outside. I then walked out to the night, and I saw the sky covered in millions of stars, like I'd never seen before in my life. The fact that there was a new moon helped see the stars even brighter and clearer. One of the most beautiful things I've ever had the chance to see.
Teach, Learn, Share
Since I'm a Translator and Interpreter, I could offer to teach my native language to someone else. I'd love to learn other people's native languages in exchange.
I'm also a volunteer at the Argentine Red Cross, and a part of the first-aider team there, so I could share first-aids related information.
I also love to share great experiences with the people I meet.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I believe I could share quite a few card games from Argentina (like "truco", "escoba de quince", and more), as well as some recipes for sweets or savory food that I've been trying out. There would be a lot of good stories from other travels I've made before, so there's something to look forward to if the cooking were to fail.
