Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Learning more and more about the world, as a means to understand more and more about myself. Trying to see the water, while inside of it. Having as much fun doing this as possible.
ABOUT ME
I am open-minded, culture lover, talkative, laughing most of the day, I like randomness.
I'm a researcher in Human Computer Interaction, its a bridge between design and engineering - and a musician.
I love to travel and meeting people, however, i need to be challenged most of the time.
Irrelevant fact#12: I'm know to make ideas come true in 20 minutes, and I can waste 20 minutes without any idea happening.
I make improvised music that somehow sits between Jazz & eletronics, you can hear some of it here: plopesmusic.org
PHILOSOPHY
Atheist, almost-fatalist-existential-nihilism-disbeliever that incoherently believes that:
- creativity is present amongst all human activities
- turntables are musical instruments
- tapping on the keyboard is boring.
TRAVELING
I've been to most corners of the world (a privilege really!), where I poorly picked up some languages that I'm trying to foster now, such as japanese, french and german.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Free to show people around Berlin! This is an amazing town and I want to keep it alive, by bringing new folks here. I'm fairly good with sub-culture and art-scene spots, and places that are opened all night with yommies, and rather not a good touristic-spot recommender.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Still fairly recent, I've hosted Jamie, Joao, Katrin, Joanna, and Martha! Modesty aside, all my friends aprove my hosting skills :)
Interests
I have studied arts, computer science and music. My main musical interests are impossible to define but circumnavigate: jazz, free-improvised music, hip hop, and most electronic music genres (from IDM to glitchy and dirty).
Lists on movies, books are too extensive to not bore the reader, ask me.
