ABOUT ME

Hey, I am Paul. I am from Berlin, Germany, but I have lived abroad for a long time, working for the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland. In 2010/2011 I spent a year volunteering at a human rights organization in Cleveland in the USA. Thats where I got hooked with couchsurfing while traveling the country. I really had a lot of great experiences being hosted by a lot of great and interesting people. So since then I really know that the best way to really getting to know a country is by meeting some of the people of that country, staying with them and have a good time. Couchsurfing is the perfect way to do that.

BEST COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Definitely, the best experience I had was in San Francisco, where I couchsurfed with a friend for 5 days. We where with a great group of young environmental activists, had lots of great BBQs, rooftop parties, a legendary Independance Day celebration, and just an overall perfect time.
