ABOUT ME

I lack credit on paper, and I was never good at monopoly. I think it's essential in life that we connect with people, on multiple levels. And now, in the age of the internet, I feel that the time has never been better for sharing in real human experiences. Having been born and raised in the U.S. I sometimes feel a sense of isolation from the cultural world. America is very proud of itself, for reasons I can't understand, and it has it's ways of making you forget how much the rest of the world has to offer. For this reason, and many others, I don't watch TV. Which is nice cause I figure the last thing people visiting here want to do is watch some silly reality show, or worse yet, mind dumbing commercials. I get carried away, anyhow I live with two friends in a relatively spacious three bedroom townhouse. We have a stairwell that leads to our front door which has great acoustics, and on the right nights we'll play guitar and sing on the stairs. I find peace in good melodies. You can expect a Beatles sing-along if you ever visit. We have a few couches laying about, and as long as the ceiling remains solid, there should be a place to rest your bones. I'll be in Germany between January 17-22. I also have plans to go to Europe in the summer of 2007 and was told this would be a good place to start making acquaintances. I offer my home and my company to whomever might accept. Hope to know you.

I have three lonely couches. If someone passing through needs a roof and a soft spot, I'd love to be of help.

Interests

People, places, and things...Nouns in general. I love the infinite nature of human expression, be it music, literature, film, or whatever form thoughts take. I believe we are all artists creating the most moving pieces of art, our lives.

I try my best to dabble in as many mediums as I can.

I have lived in the belly of a monster. I know now what keeps it alive, how it operates, and how it will die. But I don't mean to kill it, I just think it needs a good purging. We'll see.
