ABOUT ME

I am French Canadian (a Québécois!) who just moved to the West Coast in a unending quest of exploring my inside and outside world.

In two words, I am sort of an intellectual who needs action and would rather be outside. I need the rich and stimulating life of cities and the calm and stillness of mountains.

I keep a healthy lifestyle. I don't do drugs, don't smoke and I (almost) never get toasted. It does sound a little boring but I am happier this way.

PHILOSOPHY

Building momentum. Building connections. Keeping things in balance. Not looking for fame, money, power. Rather making my way to the slow lane in the very fast world we live in. Being as much a free spirit as possible.

Oh yeah, and I love individual sports. I love biking (road, mountain, city), but I am also mad about cross-country skiing, rock climbing, tennis. I also love speed kayaking, swimming and running.

Music, Movies, and Books

Contemporary, and that usually means outside of mainstream. Whether it's jazz, dance, architecture, literature or food, I prefer discovering new stuff.
