Overview
About Me
🐣 Originally from Iran, I moved to Cologne to pursue my master’s in environmental sciences, and this vibrant city has since become my second home. I now work as a sustainability manager, a career that lets me contribute to a better future—something I deeply care about.
🐥 My greatest passion, though, is connecting with people from all around the world and learning about their cultures, mindsets, languages, and, of course, their food! I’m especially interested in Spanish language and culture, and I'm trying to improve my Spanish whenever I can. As Spain was where I really feel like home.
🎶 I love live music and festivals—there’s something incredible about the energy of a live show and the way it brings people together. When I’m traveling, I always seek out historical places and hidden gems; I love imagining the stories behind these places and learning about each region’s unique history.
👩🍳 Cooking and sharing meals is one of my favorite ways to connect with people, so I’m always up for preparing something together and learning new recipes.
👣 Travel is my way to explore new traditions and share meaningful experiences. Moving to Germany and juggling my studies, work, and the challenges of lockdown at times kept me from traveling as much as I hoped, but now that life has settled, I’m excited to continue this journey and open myself up to new experiences and connections. 💫
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I travel to visit new places and learn about different lifestyles and cultures, and connecting with locals through Couchsurfing makes the experience of traveling far more valuable and exciting!

Music, Movies, and Books
I could go on and on about all the movies, books, and music I love!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I’ve been a huge Pink Floyd fan for as long as I can remember, and I always thought seeing one of their shows would be just a dream—especially growing up in Iran. But guess what? Just a few days ago, I got to see David Gilmour live in the amazing city of Rome, and it was one of the best nights of my life! ✨
Plus, I recently had a blast watching an ELMS race at Circuit Spa-Francorchamps. What an incredible time!🏎️
Teach, Learn, Share
Things are learned, experiences are shared, and stories are told through our interactions and exchanges in life.
I believe that each journey brings a wider and deeper mindset, allowing me to grow as I travel and connect with new people. There are countless opportunities to teach and learn from one another, shaped by where we are and what we’re experiencing at different times.
The connections we make and the stories we exchange are some of the most valuable aspects of life, and I’m excited to explore these opportunities together!
