Overview
About Me
Young professional in Dallas. I’m not as able to travel as I used to be, and I’m sad about it! Happy to be a resource to people checking out Austin or Dallas.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've hosted maybe 10 groups of people on couchsurfing, back when I had my own apartment in Austin. I gained a friend out of almost all of these experiences. It's a pleasure showing people new places, and it helps put the sights we take for granted into perspective.
Interests

Music, Movies, and Books
The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao, One Hundred Years of Solitude, The Sot-Weed Factor
Mostly hip hop, but I enjoy a variety of genres. Some of my favorite artists include Manu Chao, the Cloud Nothings, Marty Robbins, and Drake.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once ate a Quadruple Bypass burger from Heart Attack Grill (estimated 10,000 calories) in one sitting. Also, law school.
Teach, Learn, Share
I could help you improve your Spanish, and I could definitely give you some great tips if you're planning a trip to Nicaragua.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I grew up with a family that would host foreigners and friends for extended periods of time. I've hosted on Couchsurfing and Airbnb. I know what it is to be a good host and what it is to be a good guest. That doesn't provide a precise answer to the question of "what I can share with hosts," but I hope it gives you an idea of the kind of guest that I am.
