About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm trying to figure out how I can best contribute to bring about a more sustainable, just and happy planet. And at same time enjoy this amazing world we live in.

ABOUT ME
I am a 30 year old Swede currently living in Stockholm.
Presence. Purpose. Positivity. Sustainability. Connectedness.
Dancing. Singing. Meditating. Wrestling. Yoga.
Trees. Bikes. Books. Birds.

PHILOSOPHY
"We sometimes have to feel like explorers, burning with the desire to do what is worth doing and to live life in such a way that we have no regrets when it comes time for us to die." - Mathieu Ricard

“Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.”
- Mahatma Gandhi

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I love to dance to Avicii, drink a coffee to Chet Baker, cry to a Schubert lieder and walk down the street with Oskar Linnros in my ears.

Movies: One of the last ones I saw was "The Square", by Ruben Östlund. Loved it!

Books: "Sapiens" by Yuval Noah Harari was a very enriching read. So was "The Art of Meditation" (Matthieu Ricard).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The Vipassana retreat where you are quiet for 10 days and meditate 10 hours a day was an amazing experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to discuss how we can make this planet more sustainable, just and happy.

I would also be happy to share some thoughts on meditation, the mind and being, which are aspects of life I am exploring.

I could teach you some music, especially within singing, but also basic skills on the piano and guitar.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am happy to help with whatever I can do, and I will always contribute with my present mind, in conversation, laughter or stillness.

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia, Tanzania, Turkey
