ABOUT ME

We live in Orondo, WA. It's 1/2 way between Chelan and Wenatchee. We often see travelers on their way to Chelan or Stehekin.

We are four people. Dan is a helicopter pilot who flies in support of the shipping industry at the Columbia River Bar in Astoria Oregon. [Before he settled down]He did a lot of hitch-hiking all over the west coast of the United States. Allison is a massage therapist, and also spends her time taking care of our two sons. She has traveled quite a bit in South America and a little in Europe. In our dozen plus years together, we have lived in many locations all over the US and visited many more. We spent our three month honeymoon in Argentina, Chile and Peru. Our sons, Mojo and Homer are eight and five and are very active and friendly. We all love adventure and travel and our home Washington State and living life. But we want to see MORE! You are always welcome here.............
Somos cuatro personas. Dan es un piloto de helicopteros y trabaja en la industria de transportes en la boca del Rio Coumbia. El ha viajado por todo costa oeste de los EEUU (al dedo). Allison es usa masajista, tambien trabaja de cuidado del nuestro dos hijos. Ella ha viajado mucho por sudamerica y un poco en europa. En doce años hemos vivido en muchos lugares y visitado muchos mas de los EEUU. Por nuestra luna de miel, fuimos a Argentina, Chile y Peru.
Nuesros hijos, Mojo (Mojito), y Homer, tienen oche y cinco años y son much activos y amables. Todos amamos la adventura y viaje y nuestra hogar el estado de Washington donde crecimos y tambien la vida. Pero siempre quieremos ver MAS! Estan siempre bienvenidos!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Our couch (spare room, loft, or camping in the yard) is always open (when we're here) we love the sharing that happens when you stay with real people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have been hosted by numerous couches around South America. As a family, we have surfed in Mexico and Montana. We have also hosted quite a few people in the US. We have been amazed by the people we have met and the variety of people on here. Especially the people who never say no. 1 house we stayed at was a family in Chile and there were 9 CSers staying there at the time. They said the most that they had at once was 19! That's just awesome!!! It's definitely a great way to travel.

We like adventures such as hiking, biking, snowboarding, camping, traveling, fishing.
Dan and Mojo are currently learning to unicycle.
Around the house, we enjoy gardening, beekeeping, and spending times with our dogs Baxter and Gracie. We have two cats, one fish, and one snail as well.

We had a kick-ass Pirate Wedding! 150 people all dressed up like pirates and it was Awesome!
Followed by creating a coupla kids and figuring out how to curate that experience.
