About Me

ONE THING I LEARNED FROM
MY LIFE JOURNEY IS:

YOU WILL NOT GROW ALONE.

YOU MUST WORK FOR THE COMMUNITY'S GROWTH TO GROW YOURSELF.

Welcome to Nikhil Sharma Official, where I share my life experiences and valuable knowledge to help you grow.

As an experienced entrepreneur and event manager with 11 years of valuable insights, I am thrilled to share my journey with you.

Early Life: Raised in Guwahati, Assam, I encountered numerous challenges, including being labeled a failure by those around me.

However, I refused to be defined by others and relocated to Pune, Maharashtra, in 2012, to pursue my dreams. Despite facing financial struggles and college difficulties, I remained steadfast in my goals.

Event Management: After leaving college, I discovered my true passion in event management. With the guidance and support of my mentors, I went from earning a modest stipend of 8,000 rupees per month to making 10 lakhs per year within just five years.

This success propelled me to become an entrepreneur, leading to the launch of BAN SABAI WELLNESS SPA in 2019.

Driven by my entrepreneurial spirit, I also established Event Backend, a versatile business offering an array of services such as corporate events, technical assistance, 2D and 3D design, and weddings.

Through unwavering dedication and hard work, my business expanded over time.

Turning Point in My Life: In 2012, I experienced a significant turning point, both personally and professionally. Despite facing financial constraints, I persevered and pursued my dreams in Pune.

While grappling with limited resources and even going without food at times, I found support and kindness from friends.

Their unwavering belief in me and their daily provision of lunch helped fuel my determination to overcome challenges. Eventually, I made the decision to drop out of college, recognizing that traditional academics were not the path for me.

This pivotal choice opened new doors and presented fresh opportunities.

After COVID-19: During the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic, I reunited with my struggling parents by urging them to join me in Pune.

As a digital marketer, I established Annoyed Media to provide assistance during these difficult circumstances. However, my vision extended beyond that; I aspired to create a platform where collaboration and support would prevail over competition.

This led to the inception of Community over Competition, a collective where influencers, bloggers, and entrepreneurs could share their knowledge and bridge educational gaps.

By embracing creativity, we not only foster personal growth but also uplift society as a whole. Life may be unpredictable, but through pursuing our dreams and helping one another, we can attain happiness and success together.

Join us in making a lasting impact. Feel free to connect with me and embark on this inspiring journey of triumphing over adversity and realizing our dreams.
