About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Absorb the cultures of the world, emulate the good, know the bad and be satisfied when I die.

ABOUT ME

G'day All,
I'm just the stock standard bloke from down under. I like a beer, good food and a good laugh. Always polite, honest and trusting.

I work hard and enjoy my time off. My recent trip to Europe taught me that you should never be idle because there is always something out there to see, do or learn.

PHILOSOPHY

If it all goes to shit take a seat, have a beer and take it like a man. If you aren't dead you can have another go later.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have plenty of space at my place for travellers, a warm meal, a tour of where ever if I have the time and of course a beer/wine to share stories over.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have just returned from 3 of the best months of my life traversing Europe. I reckon the people I met along the way definately made the trip as awesome as it was. Especially the people I couchsurfed with.

My virgin surf was with two wonderful Swedish girls. An emergency request the next night in Stockholm because I forgot to book accom on a Saturday night!!! Pretty stupid I know.

From then on I was hooked. Many more stays across Europe aswell as meetings for meals, beers and good company.

Interests

All sorts. I love to listen to people's stories. Politics, History, Foreign affairs, Stock market, Food! Cultural exchange (receipies).

I love the bush, I am still a country kid at heart. I love to cook. Bottle of wine and a good movie. I'm pretty casual ey.
