ABOUT ME

I am quite multi-facet =]

I am crazy when I am in a crowd. Well, it's very fair to say so. I am extremely energetic in learning new stuff, playing, messing around,and spending a lots of time to understand my friends whom I treat as a very important part in my life.

But when I am alone, I cherish that time very much. I read, write, draw and think. Walking along the seaside, thinking about different problems in my life, may it be some simple stuff like where to have dinner or philosophy question like theodicy. After all, I am not hyperactive every moment. XD

LOL...I see myself as a freaky boy, ain'I? =]

Relatives and Friends are people that I cherish very very much. I take these relationships very precious and serious.

Chinese love to stick with their family. Not only am I talking about the immediate relatives, but we also meet the whole clan very regularly. I am a Chinese so I am the same =] For example, I see all of them like once two weeks in a dinner.

Friends are people that you can learn from and give you support. They always sneak up when you want them. =]

PHILOSOPHY

I am a Christian and I am grateful and glad to be one.
My personal philosophy is mostly moulded by my religion.

Frankly, I don't really get what I need to fill in "Personal Philosophy". It seems too difficult to silly me but I will try.

To have a brief image of what kind of person I am, have a look at how I travel. Usually I would have a rather comprehensive plan, with every single detail, in advance. Yet it is usually not followed thoroughly, if not completely different from. Usually, I improvise based on what I have planned, trying my best to add colours into the dull black-and-white plan. This is the way I travel as well as the way I live.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Honestly, I am completely new to CS. Being a well protected teenagers, every time I travel, I live in a very comfortable but boring hotel, because of my mother's order.

This time I am going Finland as an exchange student, with a personal goal of being immersed in different culture or at least try to learn about that if I don''t have time for the immersion. Fortunately my friend did an exchange to Sweden and introduced CS to me. This is the best way I can ever find to meet different people and their life from different culture. So, I am here.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies
I am a movie maniac, spending quite a lot of time to watch them. I watch all kinds of movies but well I do not enjoy everyone of them. I prefer movies with some morals behind or impressive meaning rather than those emphasizing visual effects. Well, you enjoy the effects when you watch it, yet you forget the movie and find one with better effects soon.

Music
I am a bass player so I do like music. There is no kind of music that I like. But if you force me to specify one with a gun, I will say hymns(not the old school ones but those like Hillsong's)

Books
I read all kind of books. No specification even pointed by a gun. =P

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I jumped from the 338m Tourist Tower in Macau =]. I am looooooooooooking for the chance to sky dive because I am really addicted to free falling ;]

Teach, Learn, Share

I know mathematics and some finance. So you can ask me for that if you want to know some of them. (But I doubt if you will really want to learn things like Liapunov's Function, not fun as it sounds rite =[)

I am also a really critical thinker. The problems I think of range from religion, politics and relationship to metaphysics and natural science. You can feel free to talk with me about any topics you wanna know and you think I may have thought of, even religion and politics which are sometimes treated as serious topics.

But then, be ready of teaching me about what you really love. As mentioned, I love to learn new stuff so much and am extraordinarily curious. Therefore, I will try to learn you passion, should it be anything.
