I was born in Sint Niklaas, Belgium. I live in Hasselt with my partner and my twin daughters (2yr). I am working at the IUF in Dusseldorf as a molecular scientist and postdoc fellow.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was on couchsurfing before, but that has been 4-5 years and somehow forgot my signup details.
i have had visitors from portugal ( cyclists) and the Isle of man and love the principle of the win-win situation that implies this way of traveling.

Interests

I love food, culture , languages, great parties and openmindedness. I am very sportive and like mostly adrenaline sports but can definitely favour easy nightson the couch as well.

Music very miscellaneous: i love jazz , blues, punk , electro , french hip-hop, if it is good it is good the genre is secondary.

i am not a frequent movie watcher but i liked: scent of a woman, les untouchables, tarantino movies etc

books: mostly non-fiction books: DMT the spirit molecule, the cosmic serpent etc
