About Me

For me intersectionality kinda summarizes my worldview. I believe we all begin quite differently to some around us, but quite similar to some others. And I find very fulfilling to accept help or help one another, specially when life has simply set a different starting point for us.

IDEAL DAY:
I go running with a friend, meditate and read something shortly in the morning, continue my IT projects and cook something new or go out eating during the day and in the night go to clubs to work and later to enjoy with friends.

Or just enjoy whole day either completely alone in my own speed or totally give myself to the schedule of a friend.

CURRENTLY:
I am studying informatics in Frankfurt, Germany. My plan is also to come early next year to Barcelona and start a living there. This because I already lived for mamy years in Germany and a change of air would be very nice.

WORKS:
I work in very different places simply because I do not like choosing between my preferences and I have the luck to do many of them.

- My main work is in a theatre organization called Antagon. We organize festivals or simply theatre, everything is entry-free and its focus is bringing new perspectives to art through non-traditional theatre.
Honestly I do not consider myself much artistic, but I still enjoy new kinds of art. My reason why I work here is because it is most gratifying for me to help artists expose their art to others.

- Another job I do mostly weekend is working in clubs as Awareness Team. Either it is about advocate for responsible substance consumption, advising for safer use methods or providing things to reduce harm when consuming substances or I am in a team addressing cases of harassment or just social inadequacies that arise in social contexts with or without substance use.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think if we shared more time with people we didn't know before, this world would be a complete different one. Most underrated thing, but personally I would say it is most valuable one can do is to share time with people you enjoy. In the end they become part of your story as well as you become of theirs and simply by "sharing" time with another person. And unknown people are very often unknown friends, so engaging with new people can really pay off.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC | Minimal, techno, latino music and other genres too

SERIES | Mr. Robot // Sense8 // The OA // Merlí

BOOKS | Come as you are is one of my best books. Unfortunately I give away books I finish to friends that want to read them, so I do not recall quite the name of another one I liked that much. But I enjoy a lot reading about intersectionality, psychology, social change and economy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

staying alive (That is truly the most amazing thing I have been doing)

Teach, Learn, Share

Learn uh, sonder. I insist to myself we have two ears and one mouth for a reason and for that reason hearing other people's stories and understanding how they manage in their life is very inspirational. If we can mean to each other a growing opportunity individually or collectively, then that is for me the most rewarding thing I can do.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Probably nothing. There might be a tiny possiblity of couple laughs, a good talk and cool ideas to enjoy any city at its fullest. But besides that I hardly get to think about something.

Countries I’ve Lived In

Chile, Germany
