ABOUT ME

I have traveled to 30 states in The US. My favorite spots, in The states includes: The Washington DC area, The Southwest as well as the lower part of the pacific northwest.

The only foreign country that I traveled to was Canada where I traveled to Quebec and British Columbia. Several times as a family, we visited by father's boyhood friend, in Montreal. One year we also took a side trip to Quebec City. Even though my fathers native language is French, we never spoke it at home. I have visited British Columbia, on a bus tour of The Pacific Northwest, which also included the western coastal states of The United States.

I plan to visit India, in the near future.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in engaging in activities for what I can get for in the now because there is only the now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All of my hosts were extremely kind to me. One of my hosts, eventhought he was a male, brought back the experience of when my mother was alive and cooked great meals for me. Something that I miss.

I like to read self help books and tapes.

My favorite type of movie are thrillers with strong plots. My favorite time period in entertainment are the time span of the late 60s to the early 90s.

My favorite music is Regae.

I done a fire walk. At first I was afraid to do it, until the group organizer, and his wife held my hands and then discovered it just felt like walking on the beach, on a hot summer day without shoes, which I have done on the beaches of Long Island for many summers.
