Hi! My name is Polina and at the moment I'm on my exchange in Australia, Brisbane. I grew up in Moscow, Russia, but moved to Berlin, Germany 3 years ago to study.
I like to consider myself as pretty easy going and sociable person. I enjoy cooking together, having a good chat and exchange thoughts and ideas.
I'm in my second year of Bachelors in Geology. I really love the thing, so if you end up staying at my place be prepared to learn everything about stones, Earth, beaches, waves etc.
I enjoy simple pleasures of life. I read a lot, ride my bike around the city and go to the beach.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just love to show people around, see their emotions of exploring something new. It makes me happy. I'm also a good cook, but I never have motivation to cook only for myself. So in good traditions of russian hospitality I'd love to take care of you, show around and make you as comfortable as I can!

Music, Movies, and Books

So I absolutely love the music and books. I could talk about it for hours, but at the moment I listen a lot to Mac DeMarco and generally to rock, lo-fi, soul and funk.
I adore reading, so there are just to many, but mostly I prefer all of the Penguin Books, because they are old, they've seen things. For those reasons I have more trust in them .
