What I Can Share with Hosts

Everything mentioned above: I can offer lessons on the stock market (I hold a PhD), provide recommendations for procurement, design, and art. I'm delighted to share my knowledge. P.S. I would like to address that I am not looking for someone in need of long-term free accommodations. I understand that there may be certain challenges, but I generally don't host for extended periods, especially when it comes to male guests. I'm more inclined to invite those who host me to dine at a nice restaurant, rather than those I host myself. I have a preference for individuals with a connection to the world of art.
