I recently returned to the UK after living in Spain for 15 years. My 2 sons still live out there. I live with my husband in the gorgeous seaside town of Penzance. I divide my time between my music (I am in a folk duo with my husband), caring for my elderly parents and exploring the cultural and spiritual richness of Penwith, the toe of the UK. I am passionate about engaging with our task as humans of waking up to our connection with the web of life, undoing the harm, walking our talk and living lightly and compassionately.
