Über mich
I'm doing my best to live a full and happy life. And that implies travelling :)
I'm trying to leave as soon as I can for ten days to a month. This year I went to Brazil, and in November I'm off to Mexico ! And maybe, some more, who knows...
I grew up in the countryside of Normandy, my dad was a farmer. I then went to the city for studying political sciences and social sciences. I spent some time in Germany for my studies. Now I'm working in Paris as market researcher, which is quite interesting :)
I'm a curious guy, I like to learn from people. It's not always easy to get to know people, but I always try to find what's under people's first appearance. I obviously lean towards people who share a similar lifestyle as mine, but I realized the best encounters always come from the people who are very different from me. So I like to let myself be surprised :)

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin
I started using Couchsurfing a few years ago when I was a student, and living abroad for my Erasmus. I met a few people that friends of mine hosted. It made me want to try by myself. I made a first trip as a surfer.
Since then, I did it every time I went travelling by myself.
I've surfed in Austria, Spain, Portugal, Turkey and Jordan.
I've always enjoyed spending some time with local people when travelling. Youth hostels can be fun too, but it can be quite repetitive. Couchsurfing makes every city I visit, every place I go very singular. It's always cheerful meals and unique conversations. I kept some good friends from the places I've been to and hosted some of my former hosts in Paris as well.
I can't wait to be on the road again :)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe
Playing with my band in La Cigalle and Le Bataclan, in Paris.
Lehren, lernen, teilen
Well I have a capacity to move my nose and my lips in a weird way. I can teach you. But the social reward for it isn't that big.
Was ich mit Gastgebern teilen kann
I wish I could all bring you some cheese from Normandy, unfortunetaly my clothes would not survive the smell of it in my backpack. So I'll figure it out each time.
I still can offer some modest cooking abilities, a few smiles, and a french (maybe not that typical french though) point of view about stuff our planet is coping with nowadays.
