Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach you some stretching, basics of meditation, yoga and qigong, basics of Russian, English or Portugues, share what I know about travels and opportunities existing in the world. And what I know about anything. Can teach drawing mandalas. I would be happy to help with cleaning of the house and with cooking (if I have energy :) The most precious thing I can share is simple - my presence, attention, honesty. And I love sharing it.
