Hi ! I'm Romain, 28 years old living in Aix-en-Provence & native born.

I've never traveled a lot when I was younger, I've discovered it quite recently and I must admit I love it ! To discover new places, new landscapes, meet people from all around the world with a different culture and almost everything different ! Such a rich experience, love it :)

My goal is to live the life at 200%, to share with others ! There's so many awesome things to do that I don't like wasting my time in bad/unpleasant things and prefer to be happy as much as I can !

To meet locals anywhere in the World, who love traveling and meeting people from all around the planet, as do I. To discover new places. To travel. To live !

Would love to host any traveler into my place too :) I can't host anyone at the moment but I'll do as soon as I can with great pleasure (I hope soon !), to let you discover my city & its treasures.

I see Couchsurfing as a way to travel, to meet locals and also to meet people at my home too :)

Interests

I love music, I don't play anything but love to listen songs, they are so much powerful !
I like sports in general, I do some and I watch others on TV haha :) I like to play squash, to swim and to climb.
As you might have noticed, I love to travel and meet new people out there, and I also try to be good at photography, but for the moment I'm not *that* good and there's a room for improvement for sure !

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music in general, mainly pop/rock, but I love to discover new style and new artists. There are too many songs and bands I like to list them all here, but I'm a huge Muse fan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Eastern Canada for my 25 years and spend my birth day at Niagara Falls, that was such amazing.

A friend and I took the car on an impulse and went for an improvised road trip to Switzerland. We met locals there and, beer after beer, we ended up on a rooftop for New Year's Day, watching fireworks all around the city. We party all night long, dancing, drinking, talking and meeting really nice people, my best New Year's Day party ever !

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm sure that everyone can teach me something, and vice-versa !

I can give some tips about my city and my region, and do some activities with my host :)
Also, I can share my travel experiences, my taste for adventures, my culture & my awesome jokes !! And I can teach you some French too of course :)

And I definitely need to improve my terribly bad English accent, and I would like to learn more languages like Swedish, Russian, Chinese, ...
