Hi, my name is Pontus, I`m 19 years old. Last year I moved from my hometown Kiel to Braunschweig to study there. I love to do sports and being in the nature. I enjoy to discover new cultures and landscapes. I often go hiking, kayaking, cycling and running.

I joined the Couchsurfing community because I like to travel and get to know other new cultures and countries. Couchsurfing brings you into contact with those who can best show you their own culture and living place, this experience is not possible with a tour guide or travel guide!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I remember very well the French exchange during schooltime. This was a perfect opportunity for me to discover a new culture so intensively. It was great to show my exchange student around here at my region too. I have a lot of fantastic memories of this exchange that I will remember all my life. In the coming years, many more super nice memories of getting to know new cultures will be added.
