About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm the easiest of going. I leave all the drama to TV. I may seem reserved though I have a rather absurd and sarcastic sense of humor. I'm usually the person who's up for anything and rolling with the punches.

Raised in Massachusetts and spent the last ten years in Portland, OR. It's taken me this long to finally start traveling, though I've still yet to go outside the country apart from Canada.

PHILOSOPHY

To put it simply, trying to be the most beneficial and least deleterious to everything and everyone as I possibly can.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I made this profile years ago in hopes of hosting, then shortly after had to move and was unable to host. I lost this profile until awhile ago. Unfortunately, I have a terrible reply history because of it, but I plan on repairing that once I get a good home and can host as much as possible!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only surfed a couple of times but I've had nothing but the best experiences couchsurfing, and I'm excited to start hosting when I have the space.

Interests

If I could spend my entire life just joking around with people that have a similar sense of humor, I would.

I quite enjoy cooking, though I'm still quite limited in what I can cook.
Exchanging ideas and stories over drinks. Making music. Trying to find things I've never done, just to do them.

Music, Movies, and Books

I adore movies. I run the gamut from the old classics, foreign films and new blockbusters.

My musical taste seems to change with the seasons. I'm constantly looking for new music to absorb. It'd be easy to say things I don't like would be stereotypical jam bands and new country, but even then, there possibly could be exceptions.

Some of my favorite books have been from Murakami, DeLillo, Dahl, and Kundera.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A couple of years ago I managed to go around the country entirely on craigslist rideshares and buses. I hopped 17 cities in a few months, going up and down both coasts. I'm hoping to expand my range soon.

Teach, Learn, Share

Anyone with a good story to share.
