I have been practising yoga since 10 years and have been meditating since 8 years. I would love to talk about different teachings and practices if you are interested and I can always help you to start and discover this amazing life ahead with simple asana and techniques.

My passion lies in cooking food from the different cultures, travelling, meeting new people to always learn and grow. I am a vegetarian and love cooking vegetarian/ vegan food, Also if you like Indian food you can write me your request to cook for you.( I would know that you have read my profile before :P)
