An environmental researcher by profession, traveller by passion and explorer who is trying to live the life in the truest sense. I have been practising yoga since 10 years and have been meditating since 8 years. I would love to talk about different teachings and practices if you are interested and I can always help you to start and discover this amazing life ahead with simple asana and techniques.

PS: I am not a trainer and not even tying to be.

My passions lies in cooking food from the different cultures, travelling, meeting new people to always learn and grow.
