ABOUT ME

I'm a vegan lady doing my undergrad studies at Columbia University in NYC. My goals in life are to be a photographer, a farmer, and a wholly loving, generous person. I'm naturally curious and always hungry for knowledge. I believe it's best to learn from experience and practice--a mindset which has been making it very hard for me to stick to a major! I love to dance and am allergic to most perfumes.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music- a lot! I am open to nearly everything, but Bill Monroe, Doc Watson, the Talking Heads, the Clash, Steeleye Span, Jens Lekman, the Velvet Underground, and, over everything, Smithsonian Folkways make my world go round.
I'm not big into movies, as I usually am too impatient to watch them in their entirety but I absolutely LOVE the works of Ingmar Bergman and Rob Zombie. I also have a mini-adoration for Vincent Price.
Read- J.D. Salinger, Lewis Carroll's poetry, Bertolt Brecht, and Jack Kerouac are good. I read a lot for school, so it's been a while since I've had the time to read for fun.
