About Me

Hello! I'm Pope, an adventurer in search of new perspective, wild air and wide horizons.

To me, perfect nights involve bonfires, dancing to live music, or sharing meals with people who love challenging the routine of their everyday.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While I love traveling for the site seeing, I appreciate it more for the life experiencing. Essential to that is being surrounded by inspiring people. I joined Couchsurfing as a means of exploring new places and finding adventure in all the stops along the way.

Interests

A lil lover of wild places, transcendentalist prose, and Wes Anderson aesthetic. My greatest happiness is being in the mountains, capturing grandeur on foot or through film.

My other interests include hiking, Ultimate Frisbee, skiing, watercolor painting, listening to records, and having genuine conversations with people - whether that be philosophical discussions or just swapping life experiences.

I currently work for a nonprofit that connects and empowers a community of regional independent restaurants. Let's talk food!
