Hi there! I'm Paula,

I'm Brazilian and I've been living in France for a while now. I first came for my studies and then stayed for...? Since I left the academic career plan, I've been trying to live the adventure of life as it comes, following the flow, which took me to travel often, to meditation, dancing, playing theater, clown and by keep learning how to listen to myself.

Pour les francophones je dirai que je suis en France depuis longtemps, j'en ai fait beaucoup trop d'études et je vadrouille depuis l'été de 2015 quand je suis partie en Angleterre retrouver de l'amour et de la confiance en moi, depuis, la vadrouille ne cesse pas de recommencer, avec plein de belles rencontres, des bons partages et une évolution que pour l'instant est toujours intense. Je me plonge surtout dans la danse, mais je fait aussi du théâtre et beaucoup de cuisine végétarienne ou vegan; avec ou sans gluten, je suis toujours à la recherche de ce qui est vrai et juste pour moi et aussi de ce qui fait vibrer.

Anything can be interesting depending on how you you get to it, usually if someone is really into something I'll find it amazing to hear about it.
At the moment contact improvisation has turned into a passion and I'm still quite interested in other practices like 5 rythms and authentique mouvement. Meditation and clown have in common something to do with revelation; theater is more like a defeat and travelling has become art.
