About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to be useful to my community and my colleagues while enriching my life with interesting hobbies.

ABOUT ME

I love gardening, biking, baking, hiking, drawing, painting with pastels, writing, reading, knitting, sewing, drawing and reading comics/graphic novels. I love to build things; Jamin and I built a clay oven at our home in Jarabacoa with a buncha kiddos outta nothing more than the clay, sand and rock we dug out of various places around the campo. I love to be useful and if that means cleaning up, mopping up, its ok with me.

I consider myself an active person, but I place a high priority on calmness, stillness, and lucid thought. Lately, I'm excited about yoga and rockclimbing to work out all that tension from the rigorous school and hospital training.

I love to take care of people, especially my special Jamín, stray people, pets or Pokemon. I love women, pregnant women, children and humility. Everyday it's my goal to get the lonely, the poor in spirit and underserved some damn respect in this world. Our home is a safe place for LGTBQI people.

PHILOSOPHY

To save all sentient beings and pursue my principles with hope

I don't expect much of my guests, just that they be neat and communicate freely regarding when they would like to be in and out of the house. I will do what I can for you. You can bring me a token of your appreciation (or not), I like everything especially books, maps, world stuff, bread, chocolate, treats and tea. To new CSrs, it's my opinion that a gift for your host (a handwritten note is perfect!) is just one of the many ways to show that you thought about your hosts as much as they thought about you.
