ABOUT ME

I live in Chicago and work as a Program Manager downtown at a healthcare association. I have a Masters degree in Business/Public Administration and a BA in History. I like crafts and learning about new things like culture, history, music, art, cooking, language, etc., etc. Don't be shy-contact me! What are you waiting for? :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Anyone is welcome to contact me. I have an extra bedroom at my place and I am located close to public transportation: buses and trains. I live in a Polish neighborhood and there are tons of European shops and restaurants within walking distance. My husband lives here also. He came in 2012 from Denmark.

Interests

I have many interests. I especially like crafts like embroidery, painting, knitting, etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: mainly non-fiction history, business, and general wellness/alternative medicine.
Music: I will listen to almost anything but country and death metal. Favorites are: Lacuna Coil, Within Temptation, Evanescence, Leaves Eyes, Theater of Tragedy, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For me, the amazing thing was seeing Stonehenge. To read about all of these places in my childhood and now get the chance to see them it is amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach English, knitting, embroidery, general American history, vegan/raw vegan cooking, and probably lots of other things I can't think of right now.
