About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To travel throughout Europe on my 3 month study abroad trip.

ABOUT ME

I am, overall, an personable and adventurous person. My interests include: math, science, music, dancing, movies, other interesting people, and the overall beauty in the small things. My hobbies include: sailing, skiing (downhill and water), wake boarding, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, rock climbing, camping, and many more I can't think of. I love genuine people. People that are not afraid to be themselves.

PHILOSOPHY

If we can all just be genuine and look for the best in the world around us, life would be so much easier. Life is no fun if we surround ourselves by negative people

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I don't fully know what to expect out of CS being a newbie to this. I hope it will open new horizons for me. As for now, I am just a traveler. But, what the future holds is a mystery. I don't own a home yet, so hosting in the near future would be quite impossible, but I hope to open the home I will eventually live in to surfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All I have done so far is just surfed at one place for a few nights. Loved the people, and didn't expect any less from CS.

Interests

I love the outdoors, but I also love city life. I love the peacefulness and beauty of the wilderness, but I also see a similar beauty in the chaos of a busy city.
Music is life for me. I play Euphonium, Trombone, and Tuba, and have done so for about 10 years now. I like many music genres, but what matters most is whatever I can feel a part of. Although, the most important aspects of music for me is contained with in the bass and drums of the song itself. It just got to groove man.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Possibly the most profound things I have done and seen have been though boyscouts. I went backpacking in New Mexico and did a 120 mile treck in 14 days. It was grueling and we went crazy by the end, but it was one of the greatest things I have ever experienced. Stayed on a uninhabited island south of the Florida for two weeks. Best Snorkeling I have ever done. Also very hot, and it was hard to sleep at night with the heat. We all looked forward to running water when we made it back to base camp. Going through Boyscouts and earning my Eagle Scout is the greatest achievement my life has yet to offer.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am currently working on my bachelors in Electrical Engineering. I am best with math (not so much in probability), physics, and integrated circuitry. I am willing to try to learn new languages. I always love to share music, but I will be honest with wether I like it or not. I have taught sailing to boyscouts at a summer camp, so if you ever want to know a few things, I would love to answer.
