ABOUT ME

I'm laid back, open minded and easygoing. I enjoy learning about the world and pushing myself to become the best person that I can and want to be. I can't say I always succeed since I'm quite lazy and some old habits die hard but I do my best! The greatest reason for me joining the couchsurfing community is to meet some of my personal goals which include meeting people from different cultures and exploring the world. Which I guess is based on my need to get a better understanding of the world and to get some more life-experience.

PHILOSOPHY

Only the mind put limits on whats possible. I want to explore life, travel the world and then change it. It's ok to call me naive.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to the site and I'm currently just checking out how couchsurfing works, my first impression is that this is an awesome project that I want to start participating more in!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a total couchsurfing-virgin, but I'm planning on both hosting and traveling around in Europe in the near future.

Interests

I'm a huge music-nerd even though I don't play any instrument myself. I don't mind spending a whole day just watching rockumentaries, streaming interesting music and listening to records. I listen to music from every decade except maybe the early 80s. Some of my favourite bands are Pink Floyd, Nirvana, Radiohead, Queens of the Stone Age, Muse and Red Hot Chili Peppers! If you like classic rock, alternative rock, trip-hop, electro, stoner rock or progressive metal we're probably going to get along great but I'm very open-minded and interested in other people's taste as well! So make sure you let me know what you like.

Besides listening to music all day I like to go out and party on weekends and hanging out with my friends on weekdays cooking dinner and watching a movie or whatever. I'm usually quite social and like to have people around me! I guess the only time I'm not talking is when I'm over-thinking and reflecting something.

I used to have a huge interest in both soccer and gaming so if your into any of that we will probably hit it off very good as well, just remember not to trash-talk Liverpool F.C, then I'll kick you out of the window right away!

My latest interests is longboard skating even though I haven't really found any good roads in Örebro yet and I wish to start exploring nature/wildlife more!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies but I don't have time to watch as many as I would like. Excluding documentaries and rockumentaries my favorite movies would be Fight Club, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and Donnie Darko.

Music: The list would be ridiculously long if I would list all the bands I'm listening to but some of my favorites are: Pink Floyd, Nirvana, Queens of the Stone Age, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Doors, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Jefferson Airplane, Black Sabbath, Porcupine Tree, Kyuss, Radiohead, Muse, System of a Down, John Frusciante, Brant Bjork, The Mars Volta and Dungen. I have so much stuff to read that's school-related so I don't really have as much time to read as I want to but I love books about famous rock bands, stuff by authors such as Aldous Huxley, Lord of the Rings and books about human behavior.

I could teach you how to sing crazy Swedish child songs with your mouth closed.
You most welcome to teach me anything, I love to learn about fascinating facts, folklore and personal experiences... If a topic in conversation interests me it's a high chance I won't let it go :)
